We have been providing loft conversions in Surrey and SW London for many years and can undertake any project and complete it to the highest specifications, to match your exact requirements.

Loft conversions are popular way to increase your living space by making use of an often unused area, without losing outdoor space.  We can help make sure you get the best possible value for money when converting your loft space, without compromising the structural integrity of the building.

Our experienced team will project manage the loft conversion from the initial design stage to completion.  Ginger Dog Homes will use first class materials so that a loft space is created that can be used throughout the year.

Loft conversions are usually designed and created in one of the following formats and we can deliver the specification agreed by you and your architect:

  • Basic Conversion/VeluxTM:  converting your existing loft space without changing the shape of your property, by installing roof lights or sloping windows.

  • Dormer:  creating an extension to your roof to provide additional head and floor space, and adding dormer windows to allow greater natural light.

  • Hip to Gable:  extending the ridge line of the roof to the full width of the property, creating full-length headroom for the whole width of the property.

  • Mansard:  requires more construction work through changing the structure of the roof significantly and is typically more expensive, but creates maximum space in the roof of your existing property and can be finished in a number of ways to match the existing building style.
